About the Artist

My name is Raven and I am a freelance artist from B.C, Canada.I mainly create fursuits & costumes, plushies, digital & traditional illustrations, character designs, and graphics/logo designs.Some of my favorite things are nature & animals (especially birds!), astronomy, prehistory, indie music, surreal art, and gamecube games.

Failure to follow my ToS may result in a ban from all future sales & commissions.

By purchasing from me, you agree to all of the following:

General

  • As the artist I maintain the rights to display previously sold/commissioned art online.

  • Clients must be 18+ years of age (verification required via Government issued ID).

  • I have the right to refuse any sale/commission for whatever reason.

  • My Terms of Service may be subject to changes or updates.

Payment & Shipping

  • Prices are in USD.

  • Payments are made via PayPal invoice.

  • Payment plans are negotiable for items that are $1600 USD+, with an initial payment of $500 USD (for no longer than 3 months).

  • Shipping is available to Canada & USA. I ship from Canada.

  • Packages will be shipped within 1 week of purchase..

  • Shipping costs are paid by the customer (to be calculated pre-payment).

  • All packages include shipping numbers for tracking.

  • Once your item is shipped, it is in the hands of the postal system and I am not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen I will not issue refunds or send a replacement. I securely seal & tape all packages, however I am unable to control what happens to your package as it is on route to you.

Communication

  • Communication for your order can be conducted over Discord, Email, or Telegram (commissioners choice), see my Contact & Links page to find where to reach me.

  • Customers & Commissioners are free to message me any time for updates, though please do not rush/pester me.

  • Please allow me 24-48 hours to respond.

Usage Permissions

"Art" and "Artwork" refers to Fursuits, Plushies, Digital/Traditional Illustrations, and any other hand-made goods by me.

  • Regarding artwork by me that you own; you are free to post it anywhere online or on social media. Credit is not necessary, but highly appreciated (just name or tag me "fourmoonscreations"). This includes using it as icons, banners, or other social media decor.

  • You may not reproduce my artwork for profit, merchandising, commercial use, etc. (This includes NFTs). Unless the commissioner is given explicit permission from me.

  • You may not claim my artwork as your own work, or take credit for it's creation.

  • You may not draw-over, trace, intentionally copy, rip-off, or otherwise steal my artwork.

  • You may not use art by me that is made for/owned by other clients.

  • You may not use my art to train AI, or involve my artwork with AI in any way.
